i have a ds and wireless internet but... well chances are i wont be able to hookup to the internet here at the hotel seeing as i need a username and password to access the internet...

the one gym thats free to military people that ive been going to has free internet <.< >.> so i could actually go there.....or the mcdonalds....or the starbucks...or the penerros? (sp?) so i have alot of places i could go to play at the very least, but i cant promise having the money at the release date

Well, I suppose because you already pre-ordered a copy for me, Lurid, I don't have any other choice than to be ready for this. And then I would make some quip about getting you the game for Christmas, Zain, but I'm pretty sure all the times I've offered to buy you something for the holidays, you've turned me down.  |

The copies of the game I ordered for me and CoF have arrived, but I won't be home to pick them up until Tuesday when our Thanksgiving break starts!!

Okay, now that I've binge-played it for a while and finally got some sleep, here's my short review:
It's awesome. Almost everything about it is great, but there are a few exceptions:
-The AI teammates are fucking retarded. Seriously. And they're weak, too. Teta, my Fomarl, was our physical tank. -_-;
-There's no lobby online. All matches are done automatically. I can live with this.
-You cannot move and navigate menus at the same time. This is a limitation of the DS, not the game, I would guess.
-Doesn't run well under emulation. Not a problem when you buy it. ;-D
Other than these, I can't think of anything else about the game that I don't like. It's really great for PSO fans like the majority of us are.

PSO shall live on forever. PSPortable isn't all that bad either... at least there is still a fanchise out there that can stay true to its ideals of the past.

ugh, i have a few complaints, horrible customization, no proportions? no rgb color scale for the hair?! no separate hair styles from faces? ugh -.-, im not fond of the heavy anime style either. nor just the 3 charecter slots. although with 3 races its not to bad, unfortunatly i am alittle disappointed that the closest i could come to zain was the HUnewm, which isnt all bad but again. i did like the changes they did, no one looks like a disco flame throwing weirdo, unfortunatly that makes Rick really hard to emmulate at all too <.<...but i do like the gameplay even if it seems alot like a psu pso hybrid? which they did pretty good. movement is smooth, actions are smooth and not as uh...pso..ish..you know what i mean, overall i like it, but i do have complaints. and it being on the ds im sure that explains most of my customization complaints.
