Ok as many of you know there has been a seperation of the Gmidge and the rest of us that go to DC's and Angel's place to play. one of the problems we had were that he was using out of character info in character and generally not being a very good player..... trying to hit my character for stealing when she had no clue i stole anything..... playing out a long night of trying to get us all killed while hoping another player would magically appear and help him out..... and the one Ive brought all this up for taking a disadvantage and the playing your charater the exact opposite way playing it off as "there are different levels of emotion" for the record im not taking about the paranoia about ghosts im talking about the "im shy but im going to kick in a door cause they wont answer it and obviously they have left...." I described that particular situation to my grandmother. now to be clear I didnt give names or anything just a basic over veiw heres how it went......
Hey grammy here a predictability question for you on human behavior.
-ok
a person who is just short of paralizingly shy around people she doesnt know is in a hotel, for the sake of the situation she has no other alternative, with a receptionist right down the hall she knocks a couple times on a circumstancial travel companion's door, he doesnt answer. would you expect this shy person to kick in a door of a person she has known for less than 72 hours?
-no i would not. unless said person was either high or drunk of thier ass.
Even MY grandmother who has absolutly no idea how to play a character (sometimes even her own) would not have done that....... just sayin
