I've been asking around for some way to make the site more usable and appealing and I've been (relatively) hard at work. Here's what I've got so far. Any suggestions? Is it ready for prime-time? kalarsys.exofire.net/preview/ |

... and second paragraph right hand column... i beleive the word is gradually... not radually....

I changed up the design some. I shrunk the text size a little, changed the link color to match this message board and added a placeholder banner. (No, that image is copyrighted and profane, so it isn't permanent. :-p Save a copy while you can.) i beleive the word is gradually... not radually... Fixed. -_^ |

I think the design is great. Towards the bottom of the page, though, a few lines aren't wrapping to the box like they should be, and I suppose the change in font is to blame.
Hopefully soon we can get our own pictures at the top up there so we don't get busted for copywright infringement XD

That text isn't wrapping because it's "pre-formatted". I guess I could just replace it with an unordered list, but when that site goes live I'll probably clear out the news updates anyway.
And yeah, I'm looking forward to having our own art assets, too. :-p

Looks great! You should stretch out the grey book on the left for symmetry's sake.  The title at the top isn't centered with the black box, either. But whatever. Those are very minute things. I would suggest linking works in progress right now so we don't have to fiddle around for 20 minutes on the forum looking for stuff (Summoning, TAC, Religions, shields etc). Since that's the stuff we need to work on and everything. (And you may ask yourself: COF, why the hell didn't you bring this up earlier? Well, in short, I didn't even think of it. I always get my good ideas when I'm lacking sleep. XD) But besides that...It's nice, everything is right there where you need it...it's great! |

I feel like an idiot.. i kept clicking on the link you sent and it would take me to the normal page that im used so i was like.. hmm ok nothing has changed... finally after jac commented on the gray box im like what the hell wtf is she talking about. so i eventually figured it out.. and i agree you could stretch the box out and make them even. other than that i think it looks fine.. maybe we could write some lore for kalarsys and you could link that too.. -shrugs-
