Just a crazy thought. I work with a Trekkie (and yes I do sometimes wish i could kill her for being such) but not to turn down inspiration from anywhere has anyone thought of a BORG-like race. Resistance is futile.... Assimilate or perish, and all that. or perhaps make that a class I know we don't want to expand that section anymore but that might be pretty cool.

My deepest apologies on the wait for the next installment of TAC. However I must reassure that progress is being made and that the wait will be well worth it. Along with the rest of the bugs being worked out I can say that the TAC spyre is beginning to take a deffinate shape. Be prepared to an updated world map, a functional economic system ( which includes weapon/ item prices, weapon durability, race specific currency, and an exchange rate for currency.), along with more up to date systems for all classes. So keep an eye out and keep the suggestions/ ideas for all things Kalarsys flowing. Its your thoughts and ideas that makes this game evolve!

ok this was just thought up at the table:
Parry: Dex and Con average
When in a defensive stance you have a chance to parry. if you roll three 6's you have a chance to disarm your opponent. and it cannot stun.

I throwing a concern in...(DC said it could be up to debate)
During a session where DP, Lurid, Peril, NAngel, Myself and DC was spinning, DP and I were eidolons and I know sixes dont carry into magic. DP and Lurid also said that sixes should not add together and ones dont subtract one. I personally feel that Eidolons are kinda nerfed (dumbed down so low that they are not woryh being)
DC also explained besides Vampyres eidolons are the only ones who can pour more EP into their spells. I still dont feel this makes up for 2 or 3 sixes that carry into melee damage. Unless the Ep spent is Auto
My little debate if sixes dont add 1 and ones dont take away then sixes on MagACC up to lvl of should carry into damage.
Ex) MagACC roll 6 with 3 sixes and my Lucid lvl is 2 then 2 sixes carry into damage. (Magic can Crit too!)
One last note: If sixes and one DO add and subtract respectively Then my sixes carrying really holds no water anymore.

I have to admit that over time I've become more and more a fan of consistency. By arbitrarily making double-sixes and double-ones count in some places but not others we introduce a lot of complexity in the game. I've seen how confused -we- got trying to keep straight when they apply and when they don't, so just try to imagine new players having to deal with confusing rules like that!
Essentially, I don't see any reason they would apply to one race/class and not another. I don't see what benefit we get from making the rules more complicated.

In conclusion after much play testing, the rule for 6's when in melee combat are pretty fair even in magic...soooo consistency wins!!
